my dear listeners, i hope all of you had a good landing in the year 2009. mine was accompanied by some sort of big-band-like jazz music, played by the incredible Tom Gaebel and Diana Krall. since this sound emanates it's twinkles into my own work some changes happened. some small changes but i think the effect will be as clear as visible, so to say. otherwise a Roland JV-80 synthie will lay a bit more gravity at the background of the songs from now on. the first recordings showed good results. now i have to decide which ideas will be the chosen ones for the next "collection of tracks". i let you know. and hear. peace and love!

It's hard.

at the moment i have got about ten new songs which all are more or less ideas for the next publications. may be i'm trying too hard to produce new songs in a different way of writing the lyrics and getting melodies influenced by the music i am listening to over, let's say, the last two months. i don't want to tempt my fate in musical manners. i think it takes a little more time. don't know how long. we'll see. you'll see. you'll hear. for my money: i take my time. cheers!

Carpet of sound.

i am still working hard on the new compilation of songs. i have already recorded some songs but i'm still about collecting ideas. i think it will take some time to see how the world according to me changed the last months after the "next stop: life." album was finished. the difficulty is to reflect this on the spot. there are inspirations of getting more warmer and deeper with a "carpet of sound" for which i use an old Yamaha keyboard. but don't think the sound is getting synthetic, it's still me and my guitars. love and peace!

i'm gathering new ideas and material for the next album. the "next stop: life." album was more the musical frame of a relationship than any other compilation i gathered songs for. with a sudden stab the story ended, so i have to discover other possibilities of taking a view at my life. now the fat is in the fire! let's spill the beans!
